I just feel cheena-ish. Its nice going to a country where you are able to speak the language. Eg: Taipei, they speak chinese & hokkien which I know. :)
In Hongkong: cantonese, which I know how to say morning & thankyou. :) & daddy & mommy knows the rest. :)
So, lets give a recap on what I did. (& i realised my previous posts have been pretty, colourless)
1st december, monday. Taipei.
-flight at 12pm.
-reached @ 5pm @ taipei airport.
-reached hotel @ 7.15pm.
-dinner @ shilin food street.
-shopping @ shilin night market.
It's like pretty wasted due to the flight. :)
But yeah. Didn't buy anyth cause we were pretty freaked out by the fashion over there :O Ohyes, Jack neo was like on the same flight as me. But, who cares. :)
2nd december, tuesday, taipei.
-breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel.
-walked around the hotel area, bought sweets, walked back,
-waited for Auntie's Li mum to bring us around. (mummy's friend mum)
-bussed, trained.
-ximen, for shopping.
-taipei 101!
-dinner at 新光三越。
-back to hotel.
The shopping @ ximen was ttly old generation. So, this day was pretty wasted in the afternoon cause it was old generation shopping. :) Taipei 101 was awesome.
Up 88 storeys: 39 seconds.
Down 88 storeys: 43 seconds.
Fastest elevator in the whole wide entire whole. :) I'm honoured to ride on it.
& there was this baseball star there, but i didn't give a single hoot to him. :O :)
3rd december, wednesday, taipei!
-breakfast @ the restaurant.
-bad news.
-went to travel agent to buy tickets.
-lunch with daddy's friend!
-went to the national museum.
-went to Danshui. (supposed to go the fisherman wharfs', but it was dark alr)
-went home.
Bad news: Flight cancelled.
The plan was we were going from TP to HK, so its Thai airways, but they said that they are cancelling the flight, & is not transferrring us to another flight.
Such irresponsibility. Ttly wasted the whole morning! But thank God, we bought eva airlines tickets, afternoon flight. 2pm. & eva air sucks.
Museum; Ultimate conclusion: Museums are cool, but boring.
Cool artefacts but it was way too big, that we just got so tired.
Danshui; So, we just went shopping again, but bought noth. Then we trained back!
& the weather on this day is 27 degrees, & we wore like igloos, so hot!
4th december, thursday, taipei/hongkong.
-woked up, bathe, watch tv, checked out.
-ate lunch @ airport.
-flight was uber boring.
-reached hk around 4.30pm.
-took airport express train & taxi.
-checked in about 6.30pm.
-dinner at our favourite place at the Langham place.
-shopping at ladies street.
Flight on EVA airlines: No tv, food sucks. No leg rest. Gosh, sucks can! & mommy said in the past, everytime they land, everyone must clap & they'll bow. But now, no one does it. :) I was expecting some. :D
Hotel: Langham hotel. We stayed in a suite! :) Uber uber pretty. :)
Langham place: Dinner there, lovelayye.
Shopping @ ladies street: Awesome, bought freaking loads of things.
5th december, friday, hongkong.
-breakfast at the place restaurant.
-headed out for disneyland.-disneyland for like the whole day.
-went back after fireworks.
-Shopping.
-lounge to get some food & blog.
Breakfast, trust me, its so much nicer than taiwan food, & its buffet. A whole huge selection of food. :) Awesomeness.
Disneyland: Cause its pretty small compared to tokyo. We sat practically every ride we can! :) Fun. The fireworks & shows are SOOOOOOOOOO marvyyyyyyy-lous. :)
Shopping: Around Mongkok area, the same place. Bought super alot of stuff.
6th december, saturday, hongkong.
-breakfast @ the place restaurant.
-headed for stanley bay. Located on hongkong island. (Hotel is at Kowloon island)
-a very long bus ride & train ride.
-shopped a lil at stanley market.
-Macdonalds.
-bussed down to jordan.
-Fishing shop.
-Temple street night market.
-Walked from jordan mrt > Yau ma tei mrt > Mongkok Mrt.
-dinner at langham place.
-massage @ lounge.
-shopping.
Stanley bay: beautiful scenery, but the market was pretty old generationed. ):
Jordan/Fishing: Daddy so insisted on finding the fish shop & we finally found it after walking in the cold for rounds & rounds.
Temple street night market: Not much nice stuff. Didn't buy much either. :)
Jordan mrt > Yau ma tei > Mongkok mrt: Just imagine this. Walking from Buona vista all the way to chinese garden mrt? That's cause hongkong is so much bigger. So just imagine. Nearly died on the way. Thank God for his strength to pull me through. :)
That's why i said My sisters & I were uber pissed off with my parents cause they keep claiming its so near to mongkok! ): Muscle achessss.
Shopping: Ttly bought what i wanted at esprit & alot of others stuff. Got a pair of skinnies esprit. :) & alot of tops.
Night time: actually didn't plan to sleep. So i bubble bathed & it was so great, i slept after eating.
7th december, sunday, hongkong/Singapore. :)
-slept at 2am, woked up @ 5am.
-checked out.
-taxi to airport.
-star alliance member lounge.
-flight.
-Singapore!
-Jurong!
-Erjie's friend came.
-Blogging (currently doing)
Star alliance member lounge: That's cause dad & mum travel alot. :) I slept like a pig until i couldn't walk.
Flight: Awesome, more shows. :) Slept like mad.
Singapore: OhOHOh! When we arrived, the flight stewardess said in chinese & english. & for the chinese, she said: "欢迎来到香港"( welcome to hongkong) & that was when we were arriving in Sg.
Then Mitra & alison came our house. Super shocked. :O :O :O
& Im having a spliting headache now.
Summary/Conclusion.
1. Taiwan food sucks.
2. Taiwan fashion sucks.
3. Eva air sucks.
4. I love winter.
5. Langham rocks my socks. :)
6. Singapore airlines rocks.
7. Both countries english sucks but hk is so much better. :)
8. We have a lot of names. (eg: Erjie: potato sack, baboon backside, double chin, horsey)
9. Hongkong is uber loveddddd! :)& a lot of muscle aches.
